APPLY TO BE A VENDOR FOR OUR SUNFLOWER SPECTACULAR

Our Sunflower Spectacular is approaching fast and we sincerely appreciate your interest in partnering with us as a vendor for this special event! The event will take place Saturday, August 24th from 11am until 5pm, and on Sunday, August 25th, from 1pm until 5pm.

With this being our inaugural event, we hope you'll agree our terms for vendors are quite friendly. In exchange for helping us get the word out by cross-promoting to your followers, we are waiving the vendor fee this first year, as well as giving you a discount on your vendor booth for next year's Sunflower Spectacular, should you choose to return and should we accept your renewed application. All vendors must reapply each year.

Even though we are waiving the fee this year, we still require all vendors to submit an application and be approved. This is because we want to make sure your products or services are a good fit for our event. We appreciate your cooperation.

Please fill out the online application below and we will be back in touch shortly to let you know if you're approved. Vendor space is limited, and all booths will be assigned in order of receipt, so apply right away!!!

Your signature below acknowledges that you will abide by all of our terms checked above and that Bone Farms LLC, Nashville Goat Yoga, and its owners Stephen and Kim Bone, will not be held responsible for any weather damage, vandalism, lost or stolen property from your booth or vehicle, injuries that could be sustained during booth setup, operation, or tear down. You agree to act in good faith to be a wonderful contributor to the festival and not a disruptor in any way. We reserve the right to remove you from the property should any of our terms or conditions be violated. Our intent is a successful festival for all involved.
